Casas del Bosque is a small winery located in the Casablanca Valley in Chile. Their mission is to produce boutiques wines in small quantities. The current consulting wine-maker got his start working at Chateau Petrus and later Maison Joseph Drouhin. He continues to use French wine-making techniques to produce this classic Sauvignon Blanc.

I had the opportunity to enjoy an outstanding lunch on Monday with Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle who was truly delightful and not pretentious even though she has every right to be – She is the great granddaughter of the creator of Grand Marnier.
