Parker 90 “The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon spent 12 months in 85% French oak, 30% new, and 15% new American oak. A glass-coating opaque purple color, it displays an enticing nose of wood smoke, eucalyptus, tobacco, cassis, and black currant. Medium-bodied and elegant, it has intense red and black fruit flavors, good integration of oak, tannin, and acidity, excellent depth, and a lengthy, fruit-filled finish. It will evolve for 2-3 years but can be enjoyed now.”
