The Catena family first planted Malbec in Argentina in the early 1900s. Since then, they have become one of the largest vineyard holders in Mendoza, Argentina. They have revolutionized viticulture and winemaking techniques in Argentina. There are three levels to their wine – Catena, Catena Alta and Catena Zapata. The Catena Zapata Nicolas 2004 was the first 98+ wine from Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate. They are also involved in another wine known as Alma Negra.
Join us on June 2 from 6-8 at Eclipse di Luna to taste the incredible lineup of Bodega Catena. A representative from the winery will be there to answer all of your questions.
The cost is only $10. The price includes Tapas and 9 wines!
