Manhattan Cocktail
1 1/2 oz Rye or Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
2-3 dashes Old Time Aromatic Bitters
Preparation – Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel

Dry Martini Cocktail
1 3/4 oz Gin
1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Preparation – Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel or olive

1 3/4 oz Cognac
2 dashes Creole Bitters
2 dashes Absinthe
1/4 oz Sugar Syrup
Preparation – Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or tumbler. Garnish with lemon peel or olive.

Bloody Mary
1 3/4 oz Vodka or Gin
4 dashes Orignial Celery Bitters
3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
3 1/2 oz Tomato Juice
Tabasco, Salt & Pepper
Preparation – Stir with ice and strain into a longdrink glass. Garnish with celery stick

Old Fashioned Cocktail
1 3/4 oz Gin, Rum, Tequila or Whiskey
1/4 oz Sugar Syrup
2-3 dashes Jerry Thomas’ Own Decanter Bitters
Preparation – Build in tumbler with ice and stir. Garnish with lemon or orange peel.
