Bouchard is historically known for producing outstanding white wines and their 1er and Grand Crus are f***ing phenomenal.
The 2004 vintage is very similar to 2007 – Austere, Sharp focus and amazing structure for aging.
Amber prefers the 2004 over the 2005 for whites.
