This wine opens with lovely fruit on the nose with yellow plum, pear, apple and a lifted floral note. The palate is dry, with soft fruit, lots of creamy mousse, and a tangy finish. Perfect when served as an aperitif, but will also prove a delightful match for grilled fish and vegetables.
