Get “high on the hog” along the banks of the Chattahoochee River and celebrate the fall harvest with Kevin Ouzts of The Spotted Trotter. Enjoy an evening of fine wines, fabulous fare and heartfelt stewardship to benefit Harvest Wine Classic’s four charitable designees in a bucolic riverside setting.

The Harvest Wine Classic Benefit Boucherie will provide guests a preview of the charming elegance and the distinctive marriage of exquisite food and fine wines that will soon become a trademark of the inaugural Harvest Wine Classic, scheduled for Nov. 4-5 at Heritage Sandy Springs.

The evening features Ouzts’ passion for the extraordinary art of charcuterie. A former sous chef at Restaurant Eugene who worked for both Linton Hopkins and Sean Doty, Ouzts uses fresh seasonal ingredients, organic herbs and produce, and all natural, sustainable, humanely-raised and hormone-free meats in his preparation of exceptional meals. In addition specially selected fine wines will be served to all guests in attendance at the estate home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Sherri Smith of Atlanta.

This unique dining experience and evening of fellowship is limited to 125 guests.

$90 per person or $150 per couple
Suggested attire for the evening is “riverside dressy.”
