WS 90 “Really tangy and nervy, with chive, thyme and flint flavors that show nice cut, followed by a long, stony, salt-tinged finish that leaves a mouthwatering feel. Drink now through 2011. 120 cases imported.”

Dusted Valley
Stained Tooth Syrah 2007
Columbia Valley, WA.
2007 NOT IN STOCK – Please Call or Email about Current Vintage Availability
Wine Enthusiast 91
“The Columbia Valley blend is right up there with its companion Walla Walla Syrah in terms of quality. Firm, dense and juicy, it’s built upon a beguiling mix of berries, pomegranate and spice. Some good tannic bite intensifies and lengthens the finish”.

Very possibly the best value of any 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape in Beaumes the market.
Vieux Lazaret
Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2007
2007 NOT IN STOCK – Please Call or Email about Current Vintage Availability
Parker 92
“The 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape’s dense ruby/purple color is followed by a bouquet of charcoal, framboise, black raspberries, and a hint of spring flowers. It is a rich, full-bodied, concentrated effort with silky tannins and good acidity. Enjoy it over the next 12-15 years.

Trignon
Beaumes de Venise 2008
2008 NOT IN STOCK – Please Call or Email about Current Vintage Availability

Beaumes de Venise is located in the southern half of the Rhone Valley. Several months ago we sold a Red de Venise from Domaine de Durban. This is unusual because Beaumes de Venise is more often a sweet fortified wine made from Muscat de Frontignan. It is peach, honeysuckle and quince all mixed together into a heavenly blend of heady goodness.

Zafra Rum
21 Years
Panama
$39.99
95 Points
From the Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2010. “Extraordinary, Ultimate Recommendation”
Zafra refers to the act of harvesting sugarcane which takes place between January and May. The cane is then fermented into cane syrup and distilled in Column Still. Finally it is aged for 21 years in American Oak Bourbon-cured casks.
The nose is a perfect elegant blend of oak, spice and fruity sweetness. The remarkably smooth flavor is highlighted by vanilla and nutmeg. The finish hangs out in your mouth for minutes, tempting you to take another sip.
