Paisajes is a partnership between famed producer Finca Allende and Vila Viniteca.  The pair embarked on a negociant-like business selecting each year different vineyards belonging to different owners.  Each ‘Paisajes’ receives a very different process of vinification and is only produced in quality vintages.  All aging and bottling takes place at Finca Allende.

Both of these wines are densely concentrated but not jammy.  They are great to drink now but will also age for a long time.  The Paisajes V – Valsalado is definitely designed for drinking sooner while the Paisajes VII – Cecias will surely age for a decade and then some.

Chalky slate soil
Unfiltered
From 80 year old vines.
Brighter fruit than the Valsalado.  Nice dry tannins.  Super powerful wine.
